frndloop organization (“frndloop,” “we,” “us”) provides a private social photo-sharing app for connecting with friends (the “App”), as well as a partner portal for advertisers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App or our related services.

Information We Collect

Account Information: username and email (if provided).
User Content: photos, profile pictures, captions, comments, tags, and location information you choose to add to your stories.
Device & App Data: basic identifiers and technical data needed to operate the App (e.g., push notification tokens).
Usage Data: interactions within the App (e.g., likes, comments, friends, and activity).
Ad Interaction Data: when you view or click on an advertisement within the App, we record the impression or click for billing and reporting purposes. This data is not used to build a personal advertising profile about you.
Partner Account Information: if you register as an advertiser through our partner portal, we collect your email, business name, and payment-related information processed by Stripe.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your contacts or phone number.
We do not track your real-time location. However, if you choose to add a location to a story, we store the location name and coordinates you provide.

How We Use Information

To create and manage your account.
To allow you to share content with your friends.
To display advertisements within the App.
To process credit purchases and payments through Stripe for our partner portal.
To operate, maintain, and secure the App.
To respond to support requests and enforce our policies.

How We Share Information

With people you choose as friends (only friends can view your content).
With service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g., Supabase).
With Stripe, our payment processor, when you make purchases through the partner portal. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

The App displays advertisements from partners who use our platform. We track ad impressions and clicks for billing purposes (partners are charged credits per impression and click). We do not use your personal information, browsing history, or profile data to target advertisements to you. Ads are served based on general availability, not personal profiling.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your session across the App. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. You can delete your account and content at any time in the App settings.

Your Choices

Control who can view your content by approving friends.
Delete your account from the App settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates in the App or on our website.
