Terms of Service – frndloop

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the frndloop app (the “App”) provided by frndloop organization (“frndloop,” “we,” “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting content, you grant frndloop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the App. Only approved friends can view your content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share any content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, abuse, bully, intimidate, or threaten others.
• Impersonate others.
• Attempt to access or disrupt the App's systems.

For purposes of these Terms, “hate speech” means content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics.

frndloop has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts found in violation of these Terms will be suspended or permanently removed.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at any time and without notice. frndloop reviews all reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior and will act on confirmed violations — including removing content and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours of a report being submitted.

6. Reporting & Safety

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can:

• Block a user — tap the ••• menu on their profile. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed and cannot interact with you.
• Report a story — tap the ••• menu while viewing a story and select “Report.”
• Report a comment — long-press any comment and select “Report.”
• Report a profile — tap the ••• menu on a user's profile and select “Report User.”

All reports are reviewed by the frndloop team within 24 hours.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, frndloop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
